Return and Exchange Policy

Ready-to-wear items cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

All items made according to the customer’s measurements, specifications, or special requests are not eligible for return or exchange.

Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos showing the issue.

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by our team before an exchange or other appropriate solution is provided.

To ensure the best possible experience for our customers, please review the following terms:

Customers are entitled to one complimentary alteration within 3 days of receiving the order.
Please ensure that all measurements and the required length are correct before confirming the order.
Available alterations are limited to length adjustments and minor fitting alterations, depending on the design and fabric type.
The design or style cannot be changed once production has started.
If collection and redelivery are required for the alteration, the customer will be responsible for the applicable delivery charges.
Some designs and fabrics may not be suitable for alteration. All alteration requests are subject to assessment by our team.
Custom-made orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
